孟鲁司特钠颗粒残留溶剂方法建立
[摘 要]本文主要对孟鲁司特钠中乙醇含量进行研究，开发并建立该物质的检测方法，然后按照相关原则进行验证。根据根据有关规定，含量在合适范围内，满足该物质的检测要求。

1.引言
1.1孟鲁司特纳概述
孟鲁司特钠(图1)是由美国默克公司（Merck＆CO．，Inc．U.S.A）开发的抗哮喘药，于 1998 年2月 获 美 国 ＦＤＡ 批准上市，商品名顺尔宁 （Singulair），1999年默克获CFDA批准在国内上市，其中颗粒剂2002年在美国上市，2005年进入国内，颗粒剂的规格为0.5g∶4mg（以孟鲁司特计），铝塑复合袋包装［１］。目前国内仅有进口制剂在售。国内较多企业研究本品种，国内目前获得批准的孟鲁司特钠原料厂家为牡丹江恒远药业有限公司和鲁南贝特制药有限公司。
