基于磁性多孔硅纳米载体的磁场调控药物释放
摘 要
癌症逐渐成为危害人类生命健康的一大杀手。传统的治疗方式在杀死癌细胞的同时对正常的健康细胞也带了一系列毒副作用,并且由于疗效的不理想,导致给药的次数不断增加,患者也随着用药次数的增多,愈发的痛苦。对于这种情况,药物需要做到既能杀死癌细胞,也要尽可能地降低或不影响正常细胞。近些年,随着纳米技术的不断发展,介孔材料逐渐成为了一个研究的热点。因为其优越的空间多孔结构,在催化、吸附等多个方面得到了广泛的应用。介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子同时具有纳米材料和介孔材料的性质,可和Fe3O4合成磁性材料,用于生物医药领域的磁性靶向治疗。本文概述了多孔硅的制备方法及多孔结构,并对多孔硅进行表面改性,使材料具有超顺磁性,这为治疗肿瘤细胞的靶向治疗提供了一定的可行性。

Magnetic field controlled drug release based on magnetic porous silicon nanoparticles
ABSTRACT
Cancer has become a major killer of human life and health.Traditional treatment in the killing of cancer cells at the same time, the normal health andcells have also brought a series of toxic side effects.And because the treatment effect is not ideal, lead to the number of drugs increasing.Patients also with the increase in the number of drugs, increasingly feel pain.In this case, the drug needs to be able to kill both cancer cells.but also to minimize or not affect the normal cells.In recent years, with the development of nanotechnology, mesoporous materials havegradually become a research hotspot.Because of its superior porous structure, it has been widely used in many fields, such as catalytic adsorption. Properties of mesoporous silica materials with nano materials and mesopporous materials, and synthesis of Fe3O4 magnetic materials.In this paper, the preparation methods of porous silicon and porous structure are summarized, and the surface modification of porous silicon is carried out, which makes the material super magnetic .
