PEI/Au纳米材料制备
摘 要
纳米金因其具备良好的光学、电学和生物亲和能力等特性,已成为21世纪在催化、检测、生物传感、药物载体、生物探针、基因芯片等方面幵发应用研究得越来越多的新材料。金纳米粒子的粒径大小、表面结构与自身的催化活性、选择性有着至关重要的联系。本文介绍了纳米金制备方法,讨论了纳米金在工业催化、生物医药、生物分析化学、食品安全快速检测等方面的应用。采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)作为还原稳定剂,在纳米金粒子生长过程中起到结构或形貌导向作用;以紫外光谱为研究手段,调控聚乙烯亚胺与氯金酸的比例,优化金纳米粒子的制备条件。TEM表征表明PEI存在下,制备的纳米Au的粒径在5-13 nm之间。

PEI/Au Nanometer Material Preparation
ABSTRACT
Gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) have stimulated tremendous research interest owing to their fascinating optical, electronic, biological compatibility, and promising applications in catalysis,detection, biological sensing, ducg carrier, biological probeand gene chip etc in the 21 st century. The particle size and surface structure of gold nanoparticles have a crucial relationship with their catalytic activity and selectivity. In this paper, the preparation methods of gold nanoparticles are introduced. The applications of gold nanoparticles in industrial catalysis, biomedicine, bio analytical chemistry and rapid food safety detection are discussed. TEM characterization showed that gold nanoparticles prepared in the presence of PEI are mainly spherical particleswith the average particle size of 5 - 13 nm in diameter.
