金属卷材砂磨线中剪切机以及液压系统的设计

摘 要

近年来,由于制造业的不断发展,市场对于金属卷材的需求越来越大。不同的行业对于卷材表面的质量的要求不尽相同,因此设计制造一条成熟的金属卷材砂磨线尤为重要。由于未经处理的材料均为整卷金属卷,要将板材磨削和抛光加工必须要先将板材校直,然后再进行后续的加工处理。板材在校直过程中钢卷前端可能存在不整齐的板头,需要将其剪切,以便钢板整齐进入后续加工。精确、平稳的将不整齐的板头剪切下来,为后续的加工奠定了基础。为此,该金属卷材砂磨线上应该设计一台剪切机。本文将参考国内外的各种文献以及研究现状,简要的介绍剪切机的各种类型以及动力系统,为后续的设计计算做出必要的准备。

Design of shearing machine and hydraulic system in mental coil sanding line

ABSTRACT

In recent years, due to the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, the market demand for metal coils is increasing. Different industries have different requirements for the quality of the coil surface, so it is particularly important to design and manufacture a mature mental coil sanding line. Since the untreated materials are whole mental coils, the grinding and polishing of the plates must be straightened before the subsequent processing. During the straightening process of the plate, there may be an uneven head at the front end of the coil, which needs to be cut so that the steel plate can be neatly entered into subsequent processing. The uneven head is cut accurately and smoothly, laying the foundation for subsequent processing. To this end, a shear should be designed on the mental coil sanding line. This paper will refer to various domestic and foreign literature and research status, briefly introduce various types of shears and power systems, and make necessary preparation for subsequent design calculations.
