碳纤维增强多层胶合板的国内外研究进展

摘要

碳纤维被誉为一种新型无机材料,其具有高比强度、高比模量、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、抗辐射、导电、传热、减震、降噪等一系列优良性能,被作为典型的高性能纤维。现在制备的普通胶合板,力学性能差,而碳纤维作为一种新型无机材料,被广泛的应用于先进复合材料中,作为增强体,以此增强复合材料的力学性能。本文综述了以碳纤维作为增强材料,通过等离子体改性,铺层在杨木单板之间,之后热压成板,以此获得力学性能优异的杨木多层胶合板。研究了碳纤维表面等离子体改性工艺以及改性碳纤维与木质单板的胶合工艺,分析经过等离子体改性的碳纤维对多层胶合板力学性能的影响,以获得较优的碳纤维增强多层胶合板的工艺参数。

Research progress of carbon fiber reinforced plywood at home and abroad

Abstract

Carbon fiber is known as a new type of inorganic material. It has a series of excellent properties, such as high specific strength, high specific modulus, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, conduction, heat transfer, shock absorption, noise reduction and so on. It has been used as a typical high performance fiber. The common plywood prepared now has poor mechanical properties, and carbon fiber, as a new inorganic material, is widely used in advanced composite materials as an augmented body to enhance the mechanical properties of the composite. In this paper, carbon fiber is used as a reinforcing material, and by plasma modification, the layer is between poplar veneers and then hot pressed into plate to obtain the plywood with excellent mechanical properties. In this paper, the modification process of carbon fiber surface plasma and the bonding process of modified carbon fiber and wood veneer are studied. The effects of plasma modified carbon fiber on the mechanical properties of multilayer plywood are analyzed in order to obtain the better technological parameters of carbon fiber reinforced plywood.
