聚氨酯及丙烯酸树脂复合装饰纸贴面人造板的工艺研究
综述
摘要：本文综述了聚氨酯及丙烯酸树脂复合装饰纸贴面人造板工艺的研究进展；重点强调了聚氨酯和丙烯酸在贴面人造板中的应用，简要介绍了丙烯酸及聚氨酯树脂的分类及理化性质，并对其相关工艺参数加以分析。还对装饰纸的组成和用途做了介绍，对装饰纸贴面人造板的工艺做了简要的分析。最后探讨了目前研究的过程中存在的问题和困难点。

Abstract: The development of polyurethane and acrylic resin composite decorative paper veneered wood-based panel in this paper. The preparation method and modification direction of polyurethane acrylic acid composite panel veneer adhesive were emphasized, the classification and physicochemical properties of acrylic acid and polyurethane resin were briefly introduced. The composition and application of decorative paper were also introduced, and the technology of decorative paper veneer was briefly analyzed. Finally, the problems and difficulties in the current research process are discussed.

1引言
聚氨酯树脂（PU）是一种拥有良好的光泽度、柔韧性、耐化学性并拥有优良成膜能力和物理力学性能的涂料，其胶粘剂与木材等多种材料都有着较强的化学结合力。同时，由于其在低温度时也可以正常的固化，所以还可以在冬天的室外使用[1]。近年来，由于国内消费者对于甲醛等挥发性物质越来越重视，所以无醛类添加的水性聚氨酯树脂（WPU）发展迅速，更受市场的欢迎，这种胶粘剂以水作为分散介质，安全环保，施工方便，目前已经广泛应用于家具涂饰及人造板贴面装饰[2]。然而，水性聚氨酯树脂（WPU）其本身也有着固含量低、耐水性差、耐热性差、干燥慢等问题[3-4]。目前聚氨酯涂料在木材工业中占比已超过75%，我国也是世界上最大的聚氨酯树脂涂料生产消费国[5]；所以针对聚氨酯树脂改性，提高其优点并改善不足的研究有着巨大的经济价值。
