单板层积拼接方式对板材尺寸稳定性的影响
摘要:由于中国有着深厚的实木家具的历史,国人更加倾向于实木类产品。因而,实木地板是地板行业中最受市场欢迎的中高端产品。然而由于木材湿胀干缩的特性,实木地板在使用的过程中,常常会发生翘曲、开裂的情况。因此,对实木地板的稳定性的研究仍然是当代重要的课题之一。
本文主要是通过改变单板层积拼接方式来研究它对板材尺寸稳定性的影响。本实验以水曲柳单板为研究材料,采用单因素试验方法,探讨了不同角度纹理组坯方式以及组坯层数等因素对板材尺寸稳定性的影响。本论文依据GB/T15036.2-2009《实木地板检验方法》等资料,得出的尺寸稳定性的评价方法主要有:线性变化率、长度方向凹翘曲度、长度方向凸翘曲度、宽度方向凹翘曲度、宽度方向凸翘曲度。通过实验,得出了已下结论:
- 组坯层数是影响板材尺寸稳定性的重要因素,通过改善组坯层数,达到最佳尺寸稳定性。
- 相对角度纹理方向也会影响尺寸稳定性的重要因素。

Effect of LVL Stitching Methods on Dimensional Stability of Wooden Floorings
ABSTRACT
As China has a solid history of solid wood furniture, people are more inclined to solid wood products. Therefore, the solid wood flooring industry is the most popular in the market in the high-end products. However, due to the characteristics of wood wet expansion and contraction, solid wood flooring in the course of the use, often occurs warping, cracking. Therefore, the study of the stability of solid wood flooring is still one of the important issues of contemporary research.
In this paper, the influence of the veneer on the dimensional stability of the sheet is studied by changing the veneer stitching method. In this paper, single-factor test method was used to study the effect of different angles on the dimensional stability of slabs and the factors such as the number of layers. In this paper, according to GB / T15036.2-2009 'solid wood flooring test methods' and other information, the dimensional stability of the evaluation methods are: linear rate of change, the length of the direction of concave warp, the length of convex curvature, width Direction concave warp, width direction convex curvature. Through the experiment, the conclusion has been drawn:
