脱氢枞胺酰胺及希夫碱配合物的合成文献综述

摘 要

脱氢枞胺是松香重要的改性品之一。脱氢枞胺及其衍生物在手性拆分、金属离子浮、表面活性、杀菌、医药、染料等领域有着重要的用途。其特殊的性能和潜在的应用价值已引起广泛关注。本论文对脱氢枞胺及其衍生物的研究与应用的进展进行综述,并对应用前景进行了展望。除此之外,对荧光探针进行了简单的介绍。

Abstract

Dehydroabietylamine is one of the most important modified products of rosin. The special properties and potential applications value have attracted wide attention. Dehydroabietylamine and its derivatives were widely used in the fields of enantioseparation, metal ion flotation, surface activity, sterilization, medicine, dye and so on. In this paper, research and application progress in the structure of dehydroabietylamine and dehydroabietylamine derivatives were summarized, and the application prospect were discussed.In addition, the fluorescence probe has carried on the simple introduction.

1脱氢枞胺简介

1.1脱氢枞胺

脱氢枞胺(DHAA)又叫去氢枞胺[1],是松香的重要改性产品之一,是歧化松香胺的主要成分,松香的主要成分是树脂酸,将这些树脂酸进行酰胺化、脱水、氧化等一系列改性反应可以合成脱氢枞胺。脱氢枞胺是一种有光学活性的胺,具有性质稳定,比旋光度较大等其它松香衍生物所不具备的一些独特理化性质。脱氢枞胺是一具有三环菲结构和三个手性中心的光学活性碱,它本身具有一定的杀菌活性,其衍生物还可作为表面活性剂、缓蚀剂、染料助剂,并且在抗菌医药方面也有一定的用途。脱氢枞胺的结构式为:
