一、 拟研究问题本课题拟采用皮质酮诱导的抑郁模型小鼠，并研究苓桂术甘汤的抗抑郁作用。
二、 研究手段1) 煎煮药材组成方剂2) 皮质酮诱导抑郁模型小鼠的建立3) 小鼠行为学检测4) 检测小鼠脑内相关生化指标本实验采用皮质酮诱导抑郁模型小鼠，通过造模前后、给药前后、对照组小鼠的行为学检测实验以及检测小鼠海马体（脑内）的病理变化来探讨苓桂术甘汤的抗抑郁作用。

最近研究表明，抑郁症位于全球疾病患者人数前列，全球抑郁症患者人数已经达25亿，抑郁症可以发生于各个年龄段，患者年龄分布非常广泛，所以抑郁症也越来越受到重视。
抑郁症的病因病机较为复杂，涉及生物、生理及社会生活环境等，可单独或与其他疾病同时发生。
