中医药防治糖尿病肾病的研究进展摘要：糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy，DN）是糖尿病患者最常见的微血管并发症，其发病率在我国呈迅速增长趋势，目前已成为仅次于各种肾小球肾炎导致终末期肾脏病的第二大病因。
糖尿病由于发病机制复杂，一旦累及肾脏，损伤速度加快且不可逆，极大降低了患者的生活质量。
中医既病防变、扶正祛邪、调整阴阳、因人因地因时制宜等防治原则的理论应用，在糖尿病肾病的防治过程中取得了较好的疗效。
本文主要从中医对糖尿病肾病的病因病机认识及单味中药、复方中药等对糖尿病肾病的防治进展进行综述。

The incidence of DN is increasing rapidly in China. It has become the second leading cause of end-stage renal disease after glomerulonephritis. Because the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus is complex, once the kidney is involved, the speed of injury is accelerated and irreversible, which greatly reduces the quality of life of patients. The theoretical application of the prevention and treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine, such as disease prevention, strengthening the body, eliminating pathogens, adjusting Yin and yang, and adapting measures according to human factors and local conditions, has achieved good results in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. This article reviews the progress in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine, single traditional Chinese medicine and compound traditional Chinese medicine.Key words: diabetic nephropathy; diabetes mellitus; diabetes mellitus; traditional Chinese medicine; etiology and pathogenesis; research progress糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy, DN）是指糖尿病微血管病变导致的肾小球硬化，又称糖尿病肾小球硬化症[1]。
现代临床研究发现，DN患者可见肾小球硬化、系膜细胞和基质增生、基底膜增厚、肾间质纤维化等病理改变，尿蛋白排泄率、血清尿素氮、血肌酐明显增加[2]-[3]，并合并其他器官或系统的微血管病变[4]。
目前，临床根据Mogensen[5]对Ⅰ型糖尿病肾病的分期标准判断Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病的发病进展，结合糖尿病肾病糖脂代谢紊乱[6]、肾脏血流动力学异常、氧化应激[7]-[8]、炎症反应[9]-[10]、细胞因子分泌异常、遗传因素等相互作用的发病机制，采取控制血糖、血压、血脂、饮食等方式延缓病情的进展，但易出现低血糖等不良反应。
相比西医治疗，中医治未病既病防变防治原则以及调整阴阳扶正祛邪等治疗原则的临床应用，使得应用中药防治DN取得显著疗效，现对近几年的研究进展进行如下综述。
1.糖尿病肾病的中医归属我国古籍医书中记载糖尿病肾病相关的临床研究很多，但对糖尿病肾病的病名并没有明确的记载。
