综述：
淫羊藿黄酮及多糖组分抗肿瘤免疫的研究进展
摘 要：淫羊藿来源于小檗科淫羊藿属的淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿和巫山淫羊藿及朝鲜淫羊藿的干燥地上部分，是传统补益类中药。近几年研究发现淫羊藿具抗肿瘤、提高免疫功能等功效。淫羊藿总黄酮、淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿多糖是其抗肿瘤免疫主要有效成分。实验研究结果表明，这三种成分能以不同方式增强机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应，通过对胸腺和脾脏等免疫器官的调节、对T淋巴细胞及B淋巴细胞等免疫细胞的激活、和对免疫抑制因子 TGF-b2等免疫细胞因子的抑制或促进来达到抗肿瘤的目的。

Research on anti-tumor immunity of flavonoids and polysaccharides from Epimedium
Abstract：
Yinyanghuo, which traditionally has been documented as tonic herbal in China for over a thousand years, originally derives from five air parts of Epimedium. Accumulated studies, in recent years, have showed it possesses superb anti-tumor activities and it could evidently improve the body immune function. Epimedium total flavonoids, Epimedium Icariin and Epimedium polysaccharides, which are responsible for exerting the immunity effects on reducing tumor burden, have been commonly recognized as three primary effective ingredients. An increasing number of experimental findings have suggested that these three components are able to provide immune protection of the body from gradual invasion by tumor cells. That is to say, they can display the extraordinary anti-tumor bioactivities in the very process of the cancer occurrence and development. To be more specific, the mechanism of the prevention of tumor progress by usage of Epimedium total flavonoids, Epimedium Icariin and Epimedium polysaccharides might be due to achieving the purpose of regulating the body immunity. Namely, they exhibit the anti-tumor function in the way of strongly enhancing the indexes of thymus, spleen and other immune organs, effectively activating T lymphocytes or B lymphocytes to function, significantly suppressing the immunosuppressive factors such as TGF-beta;2. Based on the previous findings in the field of Epimedium consistent with anti-tumor immunity effects, we therefore concluded all the studies and researches of great importance to offer a convincing and solid foundation for the development of the components accounting for the traditional function in Epimedium.
