摘要：香豆素类化合物是一大类植物的次生代谢产物，广泛地存在于植物和动物中，具有抗菌、抗HIV、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗凝血、杀虫等多种生物学活性。香豆素类化合物因其明显的生物活性和良好的光学活性而被广泛用于各个领域，逐渐受到国内外学者关注。

Abstract: Coumarins,also known as a large class of plant secondary metabolites, are present in remarkable amounts in plants, and their presence has also been found in animal and microorganisms sources.coumarins and their derivatives possess a wide range of biological activities. For instance, they have been claimed to be used as anti-bacteria, anti-HIV, anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, anti-coagulation and insecticidal activity and so on. The biological activities, photochemical and photophysical properties of coumarin derivatives, coumarin derivatives has been applied in various fields and has been the concern of scholars domestic and foreign.
